When you smoke,
please use only a smoking area in the lobby floor.
When the smoking in the room is confirmed,
I demand cleaning costs from you.

About futon

The room after check-in is considered
an important private space for customers,
and so that you can relax without worrying about the time,
with a futon laid out in advance.
Therefore, please be assured that the staff
will not enter the room at all except during cleaning.
However, if you feel that there is no space to relax,
we will leave the adjustment of the futon to the customer,
so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.
If you do not wish to lay out a futon in advance,
please feel free to contact the hotel by the day before.

Eco cleaning

As part of our efforts to become more environmentally friendly,
we are conducting an "eco-cleaning" program for guests staying consecutive nights.
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this activity.

About Eco Cleaning

1.If you request eco-cleaning, our staff will not enter your room during your stay. Please relax and enjoy your stay.
2. We do not clean your room, make your bed (change sheets), or change towels, yukata, or amenities during your stay.
3. We will collect garbage and put away cigarette butts in the trash can(rubbish bin).
4.If you need towels, yukata (Japanese bathrobe), or amenities, we can provide them at the front desk.
5.If you need to change the nectar water in the refrigerator, please bring the empty container to the front desk.
Note : Bed linen will be changed every odd number of nights even if you do not request it.
6.We can also provide cleaning services for your stay as usual.
Please ask the front desk at check-in whether you would like "normal cleaning" or "eco-cleaning".
